kontakt multis and quickload

I have created numerous multis of third party sound libraries ...... trouble is when I drag them into the quick load multi section, they are there for the moment and gone after I close Kontakt.

any ideas?

    Doing this all in stand alone…. Think I figured something out…. One needs to unlock quick load then re lock…. It’s quite confusing as to when the padlocked is locked or not….. thanks for your help.

    I can't recreate this behavior, couple questions...Kontakt Version #, OS you are using, Is this in standalone or when Used as a Plugin. if Plugin, VST2, VST3, AU (if on MAC) or AAX and what DAW.

    Glad its sorted, I agree sometimes with NI Products it is hard to tell what is On or Off because they just use a slight variation of the same "Gray/Black... what ever happened to "Green and Red" 😂
