Plugins missing even though they are fine in Native Access

Battery, Absynth, GTRRig 5, and other plugins missing in protools even though they are fine in Native Access. I am running PT 2021.12 and Mojave 10.14.6

I just upgraded to latest PT and seems some plugs don't transfer. Can anyone explain the AAX/VST thing? I dunno
