I cannot locate several instruments in Native Access.

I cannot find the

Berlin Concert Grand, New York Concert Grand, Upright Piano and Vienna Concert Grand.

Abbey Road 60s Drum, Abbey Road 70s Drum, Abbey Road 80s Drum, Abbey Road Modern Drum.

My only options are Locate and Release Notes.

Is there a way to reinstall those instruments?

Those pianos are legacy products. You didn't say if this is a new install or an upgrade, or if any changes were made to your system, but here are the steps to install them https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000936549-Installing-the-Classic-Piano-Collection-with-Native-Access

As far as Abbey drums go, do they show up in Native Access?

Some screen shots would be helpful. Are you on a Mac or PC?

What’s interesting is that all the things you mentioned are part of collections (Classic Piano Collection and Abbey Road Drummer Collection).

Do you by chance also have troubles with The Gentleman, The Maverick and The Grandeur (Definitive Piano Collection)?

It could have something to do with this.

Also: usually you use Locate to point at the folder where the library are already installed. Are you sure they are not still somewhere in your computer?

The Gentleman, The Maverick and The Grandeur (Definitive Piano Collection) are all OK.

    I use Windows 10.

KOMPLETE 14 COLLECTORS EDITION Update, but no earlier editions have been installed on this computer.

It is in Native Access I only can choose Locate, not Reinstall.

Are there downloadable files for Abbey Road 60s Drum, Abbey Road 70s Drum, Abbey Road 80s Drum, Abbey Road Modern Drum?
