Ableton crashes

Hello, when I load an instrument from native instrument like kontakt, action strings, ableton cannot load and crashes so I need to reopen the app but when I load again an instrument it crashes again. Do you know how to avoid this?

    Have you sent the crash data to Ableton? They should be able to tell you the reason behind the crashes.
