External Hard Drive issue

Kontakt 6 all the sudden isn't recognizing my external hard drive. What could be wrong?

    What system? Can you see the drive and files anywhere else? What have you changed recently? Have you rebooted (!)

    Thanks for your reply Tony! I'm using an iMac with Monterey 12.3.1- 4 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7, and Logic Pro X DAW.

    The files are visible on my external 5TB drive, and some of the files reappeared on library window for a few minutes, but neither of my external drives have a plus on them in the files tab. Secondly, I just updated to Kontakt 6.7.1 TODAY. Yes, I've rebooted twice, and also closed and opened both back up drives.
