How to move my libraries to my external hard-drive?

Hi, I am confused and overwhelmed with my setup. I have just migrated my NI libraries to a new external hard drive and can no longer locate them through the NI app. I need some real time conversation with someone who can help me a take me through step by step. Any help out there?
