Can I transfer hardware? the former owner does not know what the email is.

I bought a third-party Kontrol s8, used, being the one who sold it to me, I don't remember which email is registered, I would like to know if there is a possibility to know which email to transfer via the website, since the controller is now mine. Can someone help me?

I'll send photos and add her hardware record.

Don’t post account information or product serial numbers here… for security reasons. Instead, contact Account and Registration Support available on the support page. They will be able to assist in the transfer!
