Does a Clean Windows Install count as Native Access being Uninstalled Completely?

Hi, I recently had Native Instruments on my Desktop on Windows 10, but before i forgot to uninstall Native Access, the SSD was wiped and Windows 11 was installed.
I was wondering if this would count as completely uninstalled so the Native Instruments team don't think i am violating the terms of service as if not there's a chance i can only use it on 1 PC now as i didn't manage to Uninstall before as i forgot.

If this is a real "clean install", which means that you start from "scratch" without keeping anything of your old files and programs, then yes, there will not be any trace of Native Access or of any other program.
