Why can't i update to Kontakt 7?

Hi, i have Kontakt 6.80 in Native Access as well as Kontakt 7 free player, but when i try to update to Kontakt 7 for £89 it won't let me add it to the cart and states i can't get cheaper pricing, despite the fact it says Kontakt versions 2-13 can be updated to Kontakt 7 for £89.

I was definitely logged in but after coming back to the page a few times it finally appears to have stopped being blanked out and let me upgrade to Kontakt 7, I assume it was a strange bug. Thanks.

Did you check if you were logged in to the NI site?
