Controller on Traktor Pro 3 not lighting up/recognizing my Scratch Pro A6?

Hello I'm trying to record mixes on Traktor Pro 3 but the controller icon remains grey, not even orange and I'm assuming it needs to be white from the Youtube videos I watch.

The audio levels bar at the top doesn't light up either

When I go to record a mix, the levels also don't show up...

I have a Traktor Scratch A6 which is connected by USB to my computer.

I have 2 Pioneer CDJ-350's, a Denon DJ x1800 Prime mixer

I see videos where the audio is visualized by lines on grids in TP3 and I am not seeing any of that either

Hey Dennis - since you're using an external mixer with the Traktor Audio 6, you'll want to select "External" mixing mode in the Output Routing tab in the Traktor preferences. Hope that helps 🙂
