Documents required for return

I recently requested a refund and received an email from fedex.
However, in order to process a return and receive a refund of customs duties, 
the following three documents are required.

1. FedEx air waybill for return

2. Commercial Invoice 3 copies

3. Telegram (email) or return confirmation letter for return received from the seller

First of all, I requested it from NI, but doesn't it usually come together in a box? 
Fedex asked me to send it as soon as possible, so I hope you can answer the ticket quickly.

    @salmoonge My colleagues got back to you last Friday:

    "We wanted to let you know that we've successfully processed the return of your product at our warehouse.

    We have also initiated the refund to your PayPal account/credit card. Please keep in mind that depending on the banking process, it may take approximately 3-5 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

    It looks like you're good to go.
