Right deck not working

Hi guys, My right deck on traktor Pro 3 (scratch) is showing right deck missing. It still plays but won't let me calibrate. I've swapped cartridges around and the left deck plays fine, so it's not that. Checked all cables etc. Just can't get to the bottom of it. I'm using an old Windows 7 laptop but never had any problems before. Help please. TIA

P.S.

Native access is no longer available for Windows 7.

    Hello,

    you should at least be able to upgrade to windows 10. But can you share some details about your interface and audio settings in traktor. Input routing for example.

    I took the battery out of the laptop and just used the power cable. It's working now thankfully. Z2 mixer with technics 1210's.

    All settings are fine, thanks Uwe
