Kontakt in Cakewalk by Bandlab

After a ransome ware attack on my pc after which I had to throw away all my by the crimanals encrypted files, I had to reinstall my Komplete 13 Ultimate and Cakewalk, but how many hours I am looking for the original configration, I don't succeed in restoring it.

In Cakewalk I don't have seperate configure channels on my console, all instruments are put together on all the channels. And when I want to open a Native-Instrument instrument, I can do that via the library option, but not via database option. Than Cakewalk sais "Make sure that the external drives are connected.

Where is the expert that wants to help me via 'Teamviewer" (with direct look on my screen) to configure my Cakewalk?
