add users' MP3 samples to which native programs?

Hello, please let me know which of instrument programs have the ability to add users' MP3 samples, I have the full version of Native Instruments komplete 14, do any other programs apart from "Vocal colors" have this option? Thank you for your answer

    I don't think you can load MP3s but you can load regular WAV or AIFF files in certain Kontakt libraries, like Ashlight, Pharlight, there's no definitive list, maybe some other users can chime in.
