Is it possible to download Komplete Kontrol bundle outside of Native Access ?

I have troubles downloading any new bundle using Native Access 3.8.1 ...

Is it possible to download the packages without Native Access ?

    Quick answer is no. The portal for all NI related downloads is Native Access.

    Some previous version installers of some single libraries are available here and there in some threads to solve some compatibility issues, but the whole package is available only through the official way
