Maschine Mikro not showing up in Native Access

Hello,

wondering if anyone can help. I have a first gen Mikro and havent used in a while. Ive downloaded everything and entered the serial numbers for all of my expansion packs and maschine software. Maschine Mikro does not show up in Native access and when i open the main program none of my expansion packs will load any sounds. It just keeps saying activate in native access which i have done, any help would be appreciated.

Native Access should self update and warn you on launch:

To check it's the same as any other software... on MacOS it's on the menu bar, on windows it should be FILE>About or HELP>About, something of that sort.

The Mikro is a controller, it has no reason to show up in Native Access... If you installed Maschine software + your expansions then you're good to go.

Well, did you insert the serial for Maschine Mikro itself as well?

but it doesnt even show up in my library in native access even though all of my purchased items are

Did you update Native Access to 3.8.1. Version

To be honest, i dont know what version i am running or where to find that info but i did download it from Native Instruments website after i found out that the Service center was replaced by it.

also, i downloaded the maschine software via the disk that came with the hardware when i bought it years ago
