I've just subscribed to Komplete now and I was wondering if its possible to use lo-fi glow on an audio track in Logic Pro? have some drums that id like to make lo-fi. I was also quite eager to see if I can use it on my entire track.

Lo-fi glow is an instrument. You have to load it in kontakt ( player or full version). Create an instrument track and load kontakt(player), then you're able to play or programm midi notes. For "lofiing" the drums you have to load an insert or send fx.

Lo-Fi Glow isn't a FX that you can slap onto pre-existing tracks. It comes with its own sounds.
You might wanna look into Guitar Rig 7 Pro, as it features four effects (Tape Wobble, Noise Machine, Vintage Vibrato and Kolor) designed for lo-fi-ing stuff. LO-FI-AF is another product, which is also included in Komplete 14 Standard.
