I am facing the same issue "loading products" and all my workflow and deliverables are screwed for now. how long should we wait in this limbo, before we expect a fix ?

I understand that rolling out new things can cause issues. But this makes me wonder if there are proper environments for test and stage or is NI doing the good old "testing in production"? Only sane thing to do would be to rollback, fix and implement any changes at a later date.

Same issue in germany at 15.28 CET. It stucks at loading Products.

The best is testing on prod ;) without backups ;) For me it looks like some of bigger issue. Today I received my new fresh Komplet Kontrol S49 MK2 and I also can't start playing with it. It could be look better if someone from admin update us with exact problem. Delay is almost 6h after scheduled time so we already know that it's bigger problem. Question is how big ?

Will these fixes finally let me start Traktor Pro 3 without being stuck in demo mode all the time, im pulling my hair out its driving me mad

It's getting even worse. On another PC, the NA worked, but wanted to get upgraded to 3.8.1. This one sucks again!😵

Same problem. Stuck on loading products. I installed Access new but still loading and loading on both of my computers. Hope it will be fixed soon.

my new m+ is registered in my account but cant use it because the hardware itself say registration failed. i tried it for hours.
i wrote it all down here to get help but instead of help my post is deleted.
what is this? for me this behaviour sounds like "please send your unit back, because ni dont want you as customer and dont need your money" is this right?
so can SOMEONE HELP me to get that Hardware running please? support tickets are useless, mails dont get answers and asking here for help is the last thing i can do.
i cant belive i spend almost 1200€ for begging to be allowed to use MY Hardwareinstrument.

'Loading Products' eventually did what it says on an M3 MacBook. However as for my main work horse (intel i7) no such luck yet. 5pm in Italy.

Suddenly i can not login in access? hmm.... there are some technical problems at native-instruments.com.
