Glaze Install Issue

Every time I try to install Glaze, I get a "disk not found" error then it asks to 'Please Insert Glaze' I've never seen this before when installing other banks. Anyone have an idea on how to fix this?

    What do you mean 'disk not found'?

    Do you use Native Access to install Glaze or without it?

    @the_prophecy_ent Are you installing Glaze with Native Access? What's your operating system? Can you post a screenshot of the error messages?

    @Milos @Jeremy_NI yes. I am using Native Access to install. I don't have a screenshot at the moment but I can when I get home. All it says is that though "no disk found" and "please insert Glaze". I am not sure what that means.
