I get the same error in the VST3 error log with Cakewalk by BandLab 2023.09 Build 075 64bit and also SONAR Platinum 22.8.0 Build 29 64bit. Guitar Rig 7 standalone runs/works fine and also Guitar Rig 7 VST3 loads fine within Reaper v708 64bit. Seems to be broken in the Sonar based products (which is my active DAW). Tried Guitar Rig 7 Pro v7.0.1 & Guitar Rig 7 Pro v7.0.2 with same outcome.
