Hi,

I have Komplete 14.

I bought expansions for massive x but now it seems that those expansions are included in Komplete 14. So it is money i spend unneeded.

Any idea how to get this solved? The support doesnt react.


A voucher would be appreciated…

    Here, you can use the voucher I got from the leaderboard during November.


    I didn't use the voucher because I have pretty much all the products I need for professional music.

    Send me a random message and I will give you the screenshot of the voucher code, then let me know if the code worked.

    Also, keep in mind that the vouchers don't work on a product that is already the part of a season sale.

    The best thing to do is to use the voucher tomorrow or in 2 days.

    E-vouchers are personalized and only for use by the appointed addressee/user (Milos). They're not transferable.

    @kdv Really the only solution here is to wait for a reply from the support team. Only they can solve your issue. Note that the support doesn't work on weekends and due to the current sale it may take some time to get a reply.
