RX10 Elements Installation Fails (Mac)

I have followed the steps here in the "Native Access Error Message" KB (can't share link too new)

Every other application I have (Kontakt Standard Edition) plus several individual packages I have purchased are installed fine. But on the RX10 Elements that came as part of my S61 Keyboard serial number failed to install.

I've verified full disk access is enabled all three applications in that KB above, and then restarted the system. I'm running MacOS 14.2.1 (Sonoma) on a MacBook Pro with the M1 Max CPU and 32 GB of RAM.
