4-D Encoder - have to turn two times to browse up/down

Hello

I got new S88 Mk3, and have a question if its an intended feature or a bug:

When I browse through presets - if I want to start going up or down through them, I have to turn 4-d encoder twice in the opposite direction to which I was moving initially so that it would move that way (for example I was going down through presets, then I want to move back up in the list - I have to turn it twice so that it would move up again).

Anyone stumbled upon this?

Huh, weird. After rebooting the device the issue is now gone.

So I guess it was software glitch

Operating system used - Mac OS

@Deus Grae I can't reproduce the issue, does it happen with any product or library? What is your operating system? Are you able to test the keyboard on another computer?

If you could share a video, that would be great to see if we can reproduce it.
