Library upload issue (zero G element)

Good afternoon,

I acquired the library "zero G element". When i try to open it in Kontakt 6.8, it says the Kontakt version is too old and there is no update available on native. When I try on Kontakt 7, it says it's on demo. Any idea how to fix the issue?

    @JSF ZEro G Element is a third party library, please check with the manufacturer the system requirements and if updates are available.

    Paid and downloaded kontakt 7 but still can't find the downloaded instruments in my library or anywhere else.
