just now the sound from Maschine 2 connected to my s49 mk2 comes just out from the right sight. When i play music or youtube is running for example its working on both sides so it not depends to the audio interface.

Go to the audio preferences and make sure it's outputting both channels.

That's strange. Do other Music apps or DAW you might have have the same issue or is it just Maschine?

komplete kontroll is running fine
Click "Open Panel" and see if it shows you any Output options. Also check if you have exclusive mode checked: https://support.focusrite.com/hc/en-gb/articles/115001152469-How-to-disable-exclusive-mode-for-Windows-audio-devices Disable it if its checked.
I never saw this report before, check if you installed the right drivers for your Focusrite interface. Since I am not a Windows user i cant help much, if all fails contact tech support.
