Installation Not Working..Any Help would Help?

I would like some advice or a link to help me install Complete Start...It seems to be installing in the wrong place. Kontackt comes up in Cakewalk by Bandlab, but when I open the interface it is blank? and no sound. I am using Windows 10 and my other VST's are installed in VST folder ...This system looks good, but I cannot get it to work at all. Can this work as a stand a lone?

I think that you may need to run Kontakt as a stand-alone first . Does it work with the Kontakt app as a stand.alone ? Else is there any error messages ?

Quote : "my other VST's are installed in VST folder" , did you alter the VST settings for the Komplete installation ? When installing Komplete then you are supposed to leave the path settings as standard and only change the Download and the Content locations !
