How Do I Install Maschine 2.6.2 on my iMac

I've had Maschine 2.6.2 running fine for years. Recently I tried to reinstall that same version on the same computer and I can't get into native access to activate the software. I've watched 100s of videos online and can't find any help. I contacted NI via some sort of ticket and never got a response. I paid for everything and I have my serials and info, just can't get access to enter my license number and activate the software. I was told that all the older versions of maschine was no longer supported (Which Sucks). They still have legacy versions of the software you can download but no way to activate them.

you also maybe need then a legacy version of native access, or if you already have them check again the version.

The issue that I'm having is that when I try to open native access it automatically tries to update native access to the latest version which will not install on my computer is there a way to stop native access from auto updating so I can activate my software for MK2

What is your operation system? You can find all versions and their installers for your operating system in this article here: Compatibility of Native Instruments Products on macOS

And as Uwe mentioned already, the one with older versions of Native Access: Native Access Legacy Installers for Older Operating Systems

Native access legacy versions are useless because they immediately attempt to update to latest version of native access. I can't activate maschine because of this.

What finally worked for me was reaching out to their support on social media. Sometimes they're quicker to respond there.
