Only the lights of my product are flashing,what is the reason of this?

I just bought the product, it worked normally for half an hour, then it went into this state. When I wanted to enter the serial number and activate it, it wrote the text I shared in the picture.Please help me..

    What product did you buy? As you mention lights, I assume it's hardware - but what?

    Oh I see the tag now. S61 MK2 keyboard.
