Massive X Factory Library missing

Native Access shows that Massive X Factor Library needs "repair". As I reinstall the library and start Native Access again, it still shows "repair" in Massive X Factory Library. I haven't moved the library from my external hard drive, nor done any changes whatsoever. I just updated the Native Access to 3.8.0..

Try uninstalling Native Access first, but only Native Access, not every single instrument along with it.

Then, you will install NA again trough NI website.

But, be sure you are logged in into your account first.

Let me know if it helped.

Thanks Milos! Unfortunately it did not help. Situation is the same. And it's not just Massive Library, it's other libraries too. Don't know if the need for repair is real or is it just Native Access bug.

Oh, could be about the macOS Sonoma/NI compatibility issue.... even though I have the latest Massive X... Oh well, I have to use other sound resources for the time being and get back at this later. Thanks for your quick answer!

Have you tried actually using the repair tool and pointing it to the location of the library?

Yes I have and then reinstalled the library. And it seems to reinstall successfully, but when I open Native Access again, the library shows "repair" again, so nothing happened.

Is it working in Massive though? I suppose you could try uninstalling then reinstalling it but tbh if it is working fine that’s the main thing
