TRAKTOR 3 software opens but crashes

Hi,

I have the hardware traktor mk2 S4 for 10 years now, I just recently erased my drive to clean up and restart.

I downloaded the native access and downloaded the traktor 3 assuming this is what is replacing the traktor 2.11.1.31?

that was the version I had before erasing my drive....

Why is it so complicated? When I click activate VIA native access it just crashes over and over .... all access has been given to the traktor app and native access app..
