Do I still keep the crossgrade for Komplete Ultimate if I sell and transfer my S88 keyboard?

After I moved to a smaller apartment I decided to sell my Komplete Kontrol S88 HW unit as second hand. I have bought the Komplete Ultimate 10 as a crossgrade because of my keyboard, and later updated to the Komplete Ultimate 14 Collectors edition.

Will my software get invalid/deactivated if I transfer the serially for the S88 hardware, or can I continue use it and upgrade it in the future with update/upgrade offers?
