I am an occasional player and own a S88 Mk2 keyboard and mainly use the virtual piano Pianoteq 8 which comes with nksf files. Pianoteq does not use the Kontrol player. I would like to create my own presets for Pianoteq pianos and then have them available in KK, to be selectable from the keyboard. However a preset created in the Pianoteq application does not appear in KK, as presumably this has to be an .nksf (or .nki?) file, which Pianoteq does not create for its own presets.
In addition, when having a Pianoteq factory default selected I cannot change any parameters, they are displayed above the knobs but are immutable. Not sure whether this is a general issue or whether just Pianoteq factory presets are immutable.
So my question is:
- how can I create Pianoteq presets that appear in the S88 Mk2 browser
- How can any presets be made editable so I can modify parameters adhoc after loading
Thank you for any support, and all the best for 2024!
