Hi, I have been trying to purchase Kontakt for about a week now but the website simply doesn't let me. I need Kontakt in order to use 8DIO products. I know there has been an increase in demand but this seems rather odd to me as I have tried to add the software to my basket at least 800 times.

    80% of the attempts there is no message at all. The basket button lights up and that's it. I sometimes get the 'Oops, something went wrong' message. I have cleared the cache and tried three different browsers. I have also tried different times of the day: 1AM, 2AM, 5AM,10AM,4PM etc.

    @MarcelF It seems it was an issue on our side that was resolved since.
