The Grandeur - Confusion over the presets and how to select the next one

When I open The Grandeur, there seems to be no way to go to the next preset on a Mac OS (running Sonoma). I try tapping the arrows that I marked inside the red box but nothing happens? Does anyone else have this same problem? Has it always existed?

    You need to clik on and activate the 'Camera' icon, then use the arrows next to the patch name.
