Loose knob

Hi everyone,

I've bought a used komplete s49 mkii online. Everything works great except some knobs that are "loose". I'm afraid that I could loose the connection in one moment and I was thinking if I could fix that? Change the knobs? Or just pray?

Thank you very much!

    Do you use a DAW?

If you do, the best alternative possible I can recommend to use is the in-DAW automation.

Thank you but I like to use knobs and how they are automatically mapped with komplete

    With that, I don't know.

For now, use the alternative until someone else helps you with the issue.

Have a great day, Happy Holidays and God bless you, sir!

If you mean when you turn some of the knobs they feel much more free to turn than others, this is "normal" in the fact it appears to be a common thing and they will work justy fine, the knobs are just not all that consistent in quality.

You cannot replace them, the actual knob is touch sensitive and so is not a simple thing to just replace.
