display keeps going back to "product page" when browsing

Hi. Got a new s88 mk3.

In browser mode, display gets stuck in the product page. If if touch another knob, like brand or bank, I can see their respective pages and scroll, but if i stop touching that knob, display goes back to "product" page, as if I would have touched the second knob.

Apparently no problems in plug-in mode, so I guess is not something physical with the knob

Brand new keyboard, updated firmware.

Anyone has experienced this?

    @Juanse Just found your post now. Looking into your ticket, the issue seems to be identified as a hardware failure.
