I am unable to install the Traktor Pro 3 software that came with my hardware purchase, as Native Access is providing me with an error message after typing in the serial number.

have you tried to make a picture of that serial on the card, and magnifying it on your cellphone, maybe you have an error in the serial, I always do it now that way, if I have a serial number. I guess you are using native access 2.
Did you resolve this issue? I have the same issue, and the Serial number is correct, yet not being able to process it in Native Access 2. When I type the wrong number deliberately, it is an "Invalid Serial", but when I type in the right one it just says: "An error occurred while processing your serial."
Best bet is to write support.
