Can't hear any audio with my Komplete Audio 2.

I've been using my interface just fine up until two days ago when I plugged in my guitar and now I can't hear anything except direct input audio going into my interface. I'm not getting any audio meters anywhere and i've tried troubleshooting on both my MacBook Air and my Microsoft 10 computer. I can't hear any online videos or even software audio like splice and my DAW's. Help ASAP please. I have podcasts and music due in 2 days.

Sounds like an audio resource conflict to me which tends to happen when you try to use the same ASIO for your DAW and Windows default. Have you ever tried patching an audio cable from your PC audio out to an audio input on your KA2? That works best. Windows audio is Realtek standalone driver (videos, etc.) and your DAW is standalone dedicated ASIO.

@LESLIE Music This is a really obvious question and I'm sure you've checked, but is the knob turned to "Host" rather than "Direct" ?

@mykejb Yes! I've tried turning the knob to direct and input also in between to see if i get anything. still nothing.

@MyStudioOne I mean, I haven't tried that yet. Ill give it a go at the studio tomorrow! It's been working perfectly fine for 5 years on both my mac and windows. I'm hoping me plugging in my guitar didn't short anything out but i highly doubt it as I've been using it for 4-5 years now. Guitar and all sorts of instruments.
