Newly Purchased Massive won't open any presets

I recently purchased a copy of Massive for a new computer, I have a library of existing nmsv presets I created on a much older version of the plugin. I also have a bunch of ksd files. Massive won't open any of either type but just gives me an error "couldn't open file".

This is pretty frustrating as the only reason I bought it was to use my existing preset library.

Anyone have any ideas?

@sidsdishes nmsv is the current file system for Massive. You should be able to add your library here:

Thanks for your reply Jeremy, I am aware of these features, however it's not working as it should. Trying to save a preset is causing the entire DAW to freeze indefinitely and attempting to open a preset is giving me a "could not open" error. I'm running Mac OS 10.15.7 if that helps. It would be really nice if I could download previous versions of the software.

@sidsdishes What version of Massive is installed on your system? This is the latest version compatible with 10.15: MASSIVE 1.5.11

Does that fix the issue?
