Hello everybody!

I just decided to upgrade from Guitar rig 5 to Guitar rig 7.

After installation, I got a black screen, altough the right click options show up.

I checked on this forum, and all my DirectX specs are according to the support page.

Does anybody have a tip on how to solve this?

The PC is honestly not the newest, but it should work just fine.

Looking forward to your answers - thank you!

Bad news πŸ™ Guitar Rig 7 requires graphics hardware support for Direct 3D 11.1 (Feature Level 11_1) or higher.

Your graphics hardware supports Direct 3D 11.2, but your Feature Levels ("Funktionsebenen") only go up to 11_0. Sadly, 11_1 is missing.

I see you own a AMD Radeon HD 6450. According to this Wikipedia article, 11_1 is supported by the following AMD cards: Radeon HD 7700-7900/8500-8900, Rx 240/250/265/270/280, Rx 330/340/350/370, R5/R7 400 series (GCN1).

    Hellow Freddy.

Which DAW are you using for opening Guitar Rig as an effect?

What does your DXDiag show? Could you please share a screenshot of it?

    Hey,

    I'm using Ableton 11 standard.

I can't open guitar rig in ableton or as a standalone.

Here's the screenshot, hope it helps.
