Same thing happened to us with our KK s88 MK2 Midi. I am beyond frustrated because there is NO WAY to contact these people. Our service ticket from two days ago is still unanswered and I cannot find any way to contact via phone or chat.
Im assuming its just because there off for the holidays but hopefully should be getting a response soon
