Why is the sound card not working?

Hi!

I connect the Komplete Audio 6 sound card, but macOS and Ableton do not see it. I download the driver, it says that it is not for my version of macOS. Technically, the sound card is working, but the card is not visible.

which version of Komplete Audio 6 are you using (MK1 and MK2 have different drivers maybe you downloaded the wrong one?) and which Mac version?

There are no drivers for this device

I download MK1 and MK2, it does not write for this version of macOS

@Sergei Badanin Our soundcards (mk1 or mk2) do not need a driver on Mac, they are plug n play.

You say the soundcard is working, for example, if you play a Youtube video, can you hear sound out of the soundcard? Are you able to select the soundcard as an output for your Mac?

Make sure to give Ableton access to the microphone: macOS Dialog: “*App Name* would like to access the microphone."

No sound. Select as quality and the sound output point does not come out (does not see)
