I am having a issue on installing the free orchestra 2.

hay i need help. i am trying to install the free orchestra 2 and I can not get it to down load on native accses. I have the code to register it bu8t it says i have already used it. it is in kontakt like it has been downladed but i cant get the monthly free instruments because i can't update it in the native acces app. its not showing up. plzz help. do i need a new code so i can download it?

    If you cannot update Native Access, you can just reinstall Native Access via Native Instruments site, but be sure to log in first.

    What is the library you are trying to install? What s this free orchestra 2 library?
