Native Acces 2 / Can't load Arturia Plug In

Hi everybody !

Unable to load Arturia instruments through Komplete Kontrol in Logic...

Do you have this problem ?

    It would help if you provide more details, this is in Native Access section so are you expecting to install them via Native Access? They need to be installed using the Arturia Software centre and make sure you have selected to install the NKS resources (so select custom install and Third party resources in the Arturia installers)

    Oups, sorry. Wrong section....

    My problem is in KK software. I can access browser (on hardware) and my Arturia instrument but unable to load it (with the load button or double click)

    Here is the message :


    Of course, all my Arturias instruments (V collection 8) are up to date...

    They do work on Apple Silicon and VST3. Check if you have installed the latest NKS, it looks like the NKS may be out of date and still expecting to load the VST2 version

    Go into Settings in the ASC and uncheck silent installs, then run one installer and see if Third party resources are selected, make sure they are then run that installer. After that you can go back to silent installs and let the rest update the NKS patches

    Unfortunately, it doesn't work either...

    Uninstalled an instrument, unactivated "silent mode" and did a new install (see below).

    Still the same message...

    It seems that NI softwares are not as stable as they should... I spent hours since I received my KK keyboard yesterday. First with NA and now this. A real pain in the ass :-))

    As has been stated, Arturia products work fine within Komplete Kontrol.

    Please ensure you have the latest versions of everything installed:

    • Latest Arturia versions (do not deselect anything in their installer)
    • Latest version of KK 3.1 via NA2

    Then, after installations have completed, open KK standalone application and do a plug-in rescan via the preferences.

    Hi, thank you all for your answers.

    Everything is working fine now.

    I don't know exactly what did the trick but, this morning, I could use my Arturia product without any trouble !

    Probably installing the NKS then rescanning NKS and plugins - that's what is needed in these situations usually

    I am having the same message for some arturia instruments. ( collection v7)

    Komplete kontrol can browse the instrument and audio preview is there.

    However when I load the instruments, the message pop up.

    The instruments can run in ableton, and can be loaded in Komplete Kontrol when loaded manually as a plugin in plugin selector. But in the browser when the preset is loaded, the plugin does not load and have the pop up window as above.

    I have reinstalled and reactivated the plugins in Arturia Software Center with latest version.

    Most works but the instrument plugins not working with the browser:

    Piano V2

    CS80 v3

    Jupiter 8

    Any reason why the plugin with latest version cannot load in the KK browser? ( Plugin can be loaded by manually selecting the plugin, but not by selecting the preset)

    Make sure you have installed the latest NKS versions (check the ASC is installing the NKS by deactivating silent installs and checking the NKS option) and rescan all plugins, then restart KK

    had to scan & restart /kk & Maschine a couple times, but this worked for me on Ventura

    Have you opened KK standalone and performed a plug-in rescan?
