Has anyone got experience of using the Piano Colors plugin for Kontakt? I am trying to use the 'Chord Cycle' preset and am experiencing odd behaviour with it not triggering notes in a certain section of a midi clip and I cannot figure out what the problem is. I have tried writing the notes manually, both with mouse and draw tool, as well as playing them in and adjusting them, but cannot get any notes in the 2nd bar of a 4-bar clip to activate a sound. Any suggestions welcome. Many thanks!

If it's a chord change and your 2nd bar is aligned accurately on the start of the bar, you may need to make sure there's a small space (roughly the length of an 8th note) at the end of notes in the previous bar in order to trigger the start of the sample properly. It's in line with how it would be played on a real keyboard as you transition from one chord to the next. That's the only thing I can think of that would do this.

Thank you very much for responding to my question. I have copied the section and tried various note start/end combinations and it's definitely a positional triggering issue. Because of the music I make the offset as small as possible and it seems like I can get away with 1/32nd note offsets at the note change. However, I need to maintain notes at the start of the section otherwise the arpeggiated trigger pattern gets thrown off.
