Kontacht as Insert in Pro Tools

Problem: Not showing up as insert in Pro Tools Studio for Mac, even though it's in the plug in library. any suggestions?

    @Ken B What version of Pro Tools are you using? What is your operating system? What version of Kontakt have you installed?

    In your screenshot you show an ARIA Player AAX file, and not the Kontakt AAX file. Please note that ARIA Player is a different plug-in from a different company.

    In ProTools when you want to load the Kontakt plug-in in an instrument track, be sure to create a stereo track:

    And then insert a Kontakt 7 multichannel plug-in:

    Problem happens with both plug ins. I’m running g Sonoma. On a M2 MacStudio. With Pro Tools 2023.12

    Problem started when I downloaded a pro tools pitch alteration program from Avid. I may have to go to back up and restore previous version.

    @Ken B What pitch alteration program? I can't reproduce the issue so far.
