Refund for unopened order of a Komplete Kontrol

I have been trying to contact NI for the past nine days, first to cancel my web order and then to get a refund once I the product arrived. None of the tickets have been answered and now I saw that the ones requesting the refund were close with no reply.
Anyone know how to go about this? I haven't even opened the FedEx box. I want to relabel it and get it sent back to NI.

Hello @Jeremy_NI I shipped the box back and it was delivered last Monday Jan 8th. I contacted support to inquire about the status of the refund and I haven't received any reply. Would it be possible to get some response?
