Can I create new User Preset Colours in Guitar Rig 7

Nope - they are referring to the assignable colours for presets in Guitar Rig. I don't think it is possible to make custom colours though

The colors (Favorites) can't be changed. But you can add your own User Filter Tags and manage your user presets this way. The manual explains how to do this here.

If you meant that you want to save the preset you created, just create any preset (obviously), then click on the preset name, click on 'Save as', enter the name of your preset, and boom!

Now all you have to do in order to load the preset is to just click on the preset name, then 'User', and here you will see all the custom presets you've made.

Such a shame that what seems a basic function is not catered for, considering the amount of user Presets we make, but it is what it is GR7 adds a whole host of benefits so I'll live with it 😊
