Might just be me, or perhaps just Glaze? But does this plugin show different areas of the instrument in KK or K7 like most instruments do - my keyboard is just yellow for the full range, no different keyswitches or anything.

On the Glaze walkthrough videos it looks like there are different ranges (e.g. the loops on C0/C1 and normal notes on C2 and up) for some patches such as Keeper (Amin) or Too Sunny (Cmin), the only patches with colour coded key ranges seem to be "I Can Wait" or "1200 Miles Away"

TIA

Tim

Seems like some of the patches have key ranges, but a lot are single yellow like you said. It's how the patch is laid out, not a problem with the keyboard. A lot of the "Play" series are the same. If you view the keyboard in Kontakt (from the View menu) it shows what the colours should be. As long as your S61 matches that things are working as intended.

It's just Glaze. The idea is so that you can play layer A on the left side of the keyboard and layer B on the right-side. All keys yellow means that you're playing both layers simultaneously anywhere on the keyboard.

You can change the ranges by clicking the cog icon next to "MACROS", then modify "Low Key" and "High Key".

(Also, a hint: clicking on A or B deactivates a layer.)

Thanks both. Will not worry about it and just enjoy using :-)

@Monochrome That's something new I've learned thanks! I must take an occasional glance at the manuals :)
