    Yes, after the download if you try to install it it will give you errors. You give OK to the error windows and you will install the program. You have to ask NI for another file that you will have to copy and replace the Stradivary cello Library folder. After that Everything will work fine

    how do I contact the NI team, like getting download around 14 GB stradivari cello, and then auto restarting download again, and then error download fail

    need to open a ticket whit NI and ask the direct download link no throught Native Access.

    After download you need to ask to NI another link for another download. I explained in other post how you do it

    I’m Sorry but I didn't understand your request. I just wrote to NI by logging in and went to support. You will open a ticket there explaining your problem. In a couple of days they will solve your problem. Unfortunately I cannot share the links they gave me because they expire. So you wouldn't need them.
